This is a heat treatment which goes together massaging.  It consists of small cotton bundles containing plants and spices.  This treatment can be used as a preventive cure, or for different pathological cures (subject to an Ayurvedi doctor’s diagnosis),  It is particularly indicated for all  problems of circulation, arthritis, rigidity and swelling at articulation levels, cellulite, obesity, respiration as well as for the  recovery of physical and mental energy.
